Voluntary email feedback

Emailing moxion.ai@gmail.com exposes your sender address and message to Moxion Lab LLC and Google as the email provider. Feedback is used only for Beta support, defect/usability analysis, safety and product decisions.

Retention

Identifiable feedback email is deleted within 90 days after handling is complete. A de-identified product summary may be retained for no more than 12 months. Accidentally received source, credentials or player data is deleted as soon as safely possible.

Your choices

Feedback is optional. Do not send source files, full schemas, screenshots, credentials, player/customer information, private project names or absolute workstation paths. Access, correction or deletion requests go to moxion.ai@gmail.com.

Initial geography

The first Public Beta license is limited to adults located in the United States. Expansion to the EEA, United Kingdom or Southeast Asia requires a separate decision.
